• يتم تسليم السيارة لحامل هذه التذكرة دون أدنى مسؤولية على الشركة أو موظفيها.
• لا يتم تسليم السيّارة إلا عن طريق إثبات الملكية في حال فقدان التذكرة من قبل العميل.
• يتم قبول السيارة لخدمة التوقيف أو أي خدمات من ضمن التطبيق فقط.
• تعد الشركة غير مسؤولة عن الأضرار الناجمة عن عطل في أي جزء من أجزاء السيارة أو حالات الحريق أو أي حوادث أخرى.
• جميع الادعاءات يجب تقديمها إلى المشرف قبل خروج السيارة خارج إطار خدمتنا.
• نبلّغكم بعدم مسؤولية الشركة عن كافة المحتويات الداخلية بالسيارة.
• السيارة يقودها الموظّف تحت مسؤولية مالك المركبة.
• يلتزم مالك المركبة بتقديم وثيقة التأمين الخاصة بالسيارة حال وقوع الحادث.
• في حالة عدم وجود التأمين أو انتهائه تخلي الشركة مسؤوليتها تماماً.

Parking Policies and Procedures

• The vehicle is handed over to the holder of this ticket without any liability on the company or its employees.
• In case the ticket is lost by the customer, the vehicle will only be handed over upon proof of ownership.
• The vehicle is accepted for parking or any services available through the app only.
• The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from a malfunction in any part of the vehicle, fire incidents, or any other accidents.
• All claims must be submitted to the supervisor before the vehicle exits the scope of our service.
• We inform you that the company is not responsible for any internal contents of the vehicle.
• The vehicle is driven by the employee under the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• The vehicle owner is required to present the car's insurance document in the event of an accident.
• If insurance is not available or has expired, the company disclaims itself of all responsibility.
